RETURNS & EXCHANGES


If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your product up to 7 days after delivery.

To request an exchange or return for your order, contact us here with your order number, a brief reason for your return and any relevant photos of the product.
Please note that any costs associated with the return-postage are the responsibility of the customer as we are not able to cover or reimburse any return-postage costs. As outlined previously, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We require proof of purchase to honor any return or exchange. Your order number can be found in the original order confirmation email. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our customer support team for additional help.

Your order will not be eligible for a return or exchange if the product:
  • Has visible wear or damage.
  • Is not in the original packaging, including outer sleeves and boxes.
  • Is a final-sale item (this does not include discount codes or site-wide sales).
  • Is requested for a return or exchange more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Is from our custom range (i.e features engraving or letters in your choice of text).
  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, earrings or earring purchases can not be accepted for a return or exchange in any circumstance.
A few things to remember:
  • Returns and exchanges must be sent back to our Returns Location in QLD, Australia. Any costs associated with the return-postage are the responsibility of the customer as we are not able to cover or reimburse any return-postage costs.
  • Depending on which country and location you are sending your return-postage from, it may take up to 2-5 weeks for your parcel to reach our Returns Location. Please ensure you purchase postage with tracking so that you are able to check on the progress of your returned parcel.
  • Once your returned parcel has been received on our end, our Returns Team will inspect the product before approving and processing the return or exchange. This usually takes 1-2 business days and you will receive an email within this time-frame to confirm your return or exchange.
  • Eligible exchanges and warranty replacements will be issued using Standard Shipping services. If you would like to pay for upgraded Express Shipping, please let our friendly Customer Service Team know this at the time of your request and they will be happy to arrange this for you.
  • Eligible returns will be fully refunded excluding the original shipping cost and a $6 USD processing/re-stocking fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account or PayPal. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method on file for the order. If your payment method has changed since placing the order, please contact your financial institution.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES POLICY
    Due to our prompt processing and production methods, customers may only cancel or make changes to their order within the first 1 hour of placing it. Our Warehouse Team is unable to cancel or make changes outside of this 1 hour window as all orders join the production-line right away and cannot be disrupted. To request an order change or cancellation, please Contact Us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order.
    If you have decided outside of this time-frame that you would like to cancel or change your order, please wait for the parcel to be delivered and request a return or exchange as instructed above.
