SHIPPING


FULFILLMENT TIME:
We know you're excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow 5-10 business days for our team to process and create your order. Each order starts production upon confirmation of payment, in line with our energy-saving and cost-effective production model which you can read more about here. By using this production model, we are able to reduce production, storage and processing costs to offer high quality products at unmatched prices for our customers - but it does require a little extra patience from you during our fulfillment time. Our amazing warehouse team members ensure all orders make their way through production quickly and efficiently, and check that each item passes our quality control inspections. All items are packaged and boxed, then placed into shipping envelopes in preparation for the journey to you.
During sale periods and peak volumes during the holidays, we ask that you allow up to 6-12 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email address. If you have trouble receiving this email, please check your spam folder or visit our FAQs for additional help.
It is important to note that some orders may be placed on hold if they require additional information from our shipping team in regards to address and/or payment confirmation. We'll always let you know by email if we need any further information from you, so please check your inbox for any follow up emails after your order is placed to ensure your order is processed with minimal delay.
 
SHIPPING:
We offer worldwide shipping for all orders.
The average shipping time to the US, UK, Australia, France and Germany via Standard Shipping is 1-3 weeks.
The average shipping time to the rest of the world via international Standard Shipping is 2-5 weeks.
The average shipping time to the US, UK, Australia, Canada, France and Germany via Express Shipping is 2-5 business days. This excludes any weekends or holidays.
The average shipping time to the rest of the world via Express Shipping is 2-7 business days. This excludes any weekends or holidays.
Varying couriers will be used depending on the country of delivery. In most cases when Standard Shipping is selected, final delivery will be processed by your country's local postal service. When Express Shipping is selected, delivery will be made by DHL or FedEx depending on your location. For orders to be shipped outside of Australia, you will be responsible for any applicable customs, duties or taxes as the case may be.
 
SHIPPING RATES:
We offer a flat rate of $4.99 USD for Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide.
Express Shipping is also available - rates vary and are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address and location.
Free Shipping
Orders over $70 USD will receive free Standard Shipping worldwide.
Orders over $140 USD will receive free Express Shipping worldwide.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders shipped outside of Australia, you will be responsible for any applicable customs, duties or taxes as the case may be.
 
TRACKING:
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number and other information. You can use this to keep updated on the location of your parcel. It may take 1-2 business days from the shipment date for the tracking information to be live and updated within the courier's system.
 
DELAYED PARCEL:
We have established partnerships with all of our carriers and aim to deliver all parcels within the quoted time frame, but sometimes, delays may happen. Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or courier related issues which are out of our control.
We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to re-shipments or lost parcels to the best of our ability.
In the event that a parcel has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking, we will process a re-shipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the courier, will not be eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your parcel not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us with your order number.
 
CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES:
In some instances you may be eligible for free Standard or Express Shipping in which we will cover the cost of shipping during checkout. However, any customs, taxes, duties or import charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the parcel to your destination or country. If a parcel is returned due to refusal of customs fees, duties and taxes payment, a refund will not be applicable.
